Melanie began her career in marketing and web content, building a strong foundation in digital strategy and communication. In 2008, she transitioned into the financial services industry with ProEquities, where she spent many years partnering closely with advisors to enhance their use of technology, improve workflows, and elevate the client experience. Throughout her tenure with ProEquities and later Concourse Financial Group, she held several roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as a Technology Consultant, where she worked directly with financial professionals to evaluate and implement tools that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Today, Melanie serves as a Client Services Associate at Ella Valley, where she enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and supporting them by handling their day-to-day account needs with care and attention.
Melanie earned her Bachelor of Arts from Samford University and is known for her ability to translate complex systems into clear, practical guidance.
Melanie and her husband, Daniel, have two daughters. They are active members of Shades Mountain Baptist Church and enjoy spending their time supporting their daughters in sports and other activities.
