Career and Professional
Mike began his career with Big Eight accounting firm Coopers and Lybrand in 1986, eventually working in its audit and litigation consulting practices. In 1991 he left public accounting and joined RaceRunners, a non-profit ministry where he led discipleship groups and taught courses on biblical personal money management. In 1994, Mike went to work for Dover International, where he held positions as Partner, CFO and Treasurer. He joined ProEquities as COO in 1999, eventually being named President and CEO. While there, Mike also assumed responsibility of running a life insurance sales channel for parent company Protective Life. In 2016, he brought his wealth of experience as a CPA, ministry partner and executive to Vision Financial Group, and six years later, co-founded Ella Valley Wealth advisors with partner Hal Holland, serving clients with an emphasis on holistic and integrated planning.

- Grew ProEquities from 600 advisors and $40 million in revenue to 1500 advisors and $120 million in revenue
